Rod R. Jose, Ph.D., PMP has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rod R. currently serves as the Director of Operations at Azurity Pharmaceuticals since June 2020. Prior to this, they were the Engineering & Operations Program Manager at the same company from February 2020 to June 2020. Before joining Azurity Pharmaceuticals, Rod worked as a Senior Process Engineer - Operations from April 2019 to February 2020.

Rod R. Jose, PhD, PMP has a strong educational background in the field of biomedical engineering. Rod R. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Premedical Biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2004. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Tufts University, completing it in 2011. Dr. Jose further advanced their education by obtaining a Ph.D. in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Tufts University in 2014.

In addition to their academic degrees, Dr. Jose has also acquired several certifications to enhance their professional capabilities. These certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute, Pharmaceutical Validation Management Professional Certification Program from the BioPharma Institute, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) from the Six Sigma Global Institute, 21 CFR PART 211: GMP Professional Certification from the BioPharma Institute, Computer System Validation Professional Certification from the BioPharma Institute, and a Secret Clearance from the United States Department of Defense.
