Raymond Taylor

Raymond Taylor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Manufacturing at Barry Callebaut Group since August 2022, Raymond previously held the position of Regional Director of Operations at ADM from April 2021 to July 2022. Raymond's career also includes significant roles at Givaudan, where responsibilities included Director of Operations and Head of Engineering for North America, and at Unilever, where Raymond worked as Plant Engineering Manager and Project Delivery Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master of Technology in Management of Technology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
