Puja Mahajan

Puja Mahajan is the CEO and Founder of Azzera, a company that aims to make climate action accessible by providing advisory and support services for businesses. Puja oversees operations and will launch an integrated market exchange for managing aircraft emissions in 2023. Prior to Azzera, they founded PM Consulting. Puja also worked as the EVP of Business Development at Comlux from 2019 to 2021. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the CEO of ElitAvia and was previously the COO of the same company from 2013 to 2016. In their role as COO, they were responsible for overseeing various departments and managing a large staff. Before that, they held various leadership positions at Bombardier Aerospace, including Director of Flight Operations and Safety Standdown. In this role, they led a team in providing exceptional flight services and collaborated with industry organizations and regulatory bodies. Prior to that, they worked at Pratt & Whitney Canada as an OEM Account Manager and as an Aerodynamics Engineer.

Puja Mahajan completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Environmental Engineering from McGill University from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they obtained a Diplome des Etudes Collegiale in Science Plus from Vanier College between 1990 and 1992. In terms of additional certifications, Puja obtained a certification in "Fintech Revolution: Transformative Financial Services and Strategies" from Emeritus in June 2021.
