Katherine McDermont Afzal

Katherine McDermont Afzal, DC, DACNB, is an experienced Chiropractic Neurologist currently working at Azzolino Chiropractic Neurology & Integrative Wellness since June 2014, specializing in the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of neurological and musculoskeletal disorders. Previously, Katherine served in a similar capacity at Pacific Chiropractic Neurology from August 2012 to September 2015 and began their career as a Functional Rehabilitation Assistant at the Center for Health and Optimum Performance from 2010 to 2012. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University, a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board in Functional Neurology, and a Fellowship of the American Board of Brain Injury Rehabilitation, all of which were obtained from the Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies. Additionally, Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
