Nicole Phipps

Nicole Phipps is an accomplished professional in the fashion and design industry with extensive experience in product development and management. Currently serving as the Director of Design and Development at Azzure Home since June 2015, Nicole specializes in designing and developing baby textiles for off-price markets such as Marshalls and TJ Maxx. Previous roles include Senior Product Developer for Victoria's Secret Beauty & Accessories, where Nicole managed the development of leather handbags and small leather goods, and Product Developer for Henri Bendel, focusing on raw materials for various fashion items. Earlier career experiences include positions at Bath & Body Works and Golden Touch Imports, contributing to the design and sourcing of accessories and women's knitwear. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design and a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from Kent State University.
