Federico Pappalardo

Federico Pappalardo has a long and varied work experience. Federico began their career in 2001 as a Management Trainee at Philips, and then progressed to Senior Buyer in the same company. In 2005, they joined McKinsey & Co as an Associate, then moved to ArvinMeritor in 2008 as Purchasing Director Europe. In 2012, they accepted a role as Management Advisory at Al Sibani International l.l.c., and in 2010 they became Partner at DirAction, where they provided managerial and analytical capabilities to solve complex operational and organizational problems. Since 2022, they have been the Head of Advisory at azzurrodigitale.

Federico Pappalardo studied at Luiss Guido Carli University from 1995 to 2000, where they earned a degree in Economics with a focus in Business Administration and Organization & Management.
