Anna Shaffer

Anna Shaffer has a diverse range of work experience. Anna started their career at Regency Windows as a Salesforce Data Specialist, where they managed ongoing support requests and administrative needs for a team of 20. Anna also developed and analyzed ad-hoc reports for user groups and stakeholders. After that, they joined CVS Health and held various roles including Client Relationship Specialist, IT Business Analyst, and Strategy Advisor. In these positions, they specialized in client relations, IT solutions, and strategy development. Most recently, Anna worked at b atomic! as the Director of Salesforce Professional Services and Salesforce Product Manager.

Anna Shaffer has obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Science from Indiana Wesleyan University. Anna also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems, General from the same university.
