Carone Tharpe

Carone Tharpe is a seasoned professional with extensive managerial experience in the hospitality and entertainment industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Milkshake Concepts since June 2023, Carone previously held the role of General Manager at BB King's Blues Club from January 2020 to July 2023 and at Tin Roof Acquisition Company, LLC from May 2014 to January 2020. Additionally, Carone served as Assistant General Manager and Assistant Manager at different organizations. With a strong background in choreography and leadership as Creative Director since January 2005 and Head Dance Coach at Bethel University, Carone brings a diverse skill set and a commitment to excellence in team management. Carone completed a degree at Middle Tennessee State University from 2002 to 2010.
