Blanca Ishikawa /

Blanca Ishikawa currently serves as HR Generalist - Total Rewards at B. Braun Group since November 2025. Prior to this role, Blanca worked at nanameue, Inc. from January 2024 to October 2025 as HRBP, managing all aspects of HR, including recruitment and employee relations. Previous experience includes serving as Manager in the Talent Acquisition and Marketing Department at Skillhouse Staffing Solutions K.K. from December 2021 to January 2024, and as a member of the Overseas Business Development team at 株式会社MAPPA from April 2020 to November 2021. Blanca holds a degree in Intercultural Communication from Rikkyo University and has studied at both Kyoto Minsai Japanese Language School and Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, focusing on Japanese studies.
