Fritz Bismark

Fritz Bismark has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Fritz started their career as an Industriekaufmann at BORSIG GmbH from 2005 to 2008. Fritz then worked at BORSIG Process Heat Exchanger GmbH from 2008 to 2014, holding roles such as Sachbearbeiter im Einkauf, Termin- und Kapazitätsplaner, and Deputy Head of Logistics. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at KME as a Fertigungsplaner / Prozessoptimierer and later as the Deputy Head of Scheduling Department. Fritz joined HME Hailiang Metal Europe in 2018 and served as the Head of Total Quality Management and later as the Deputy Plant Manager Berlin until 2022. In 2022, they worked as the Head of Process Engineering at BIOTRONIK. Currently, they hold key positions at B. Braun Gruppe, starting in 2023, as Director Operations | CoE Vascular Systems and Head of PMO & Technical Transformation | CoE Vascular Systems.

Fritz Bismark completed their Master of Science degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Hochschule Anhalt between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Maschinenbau from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin from 2009 to 2014. Their education history also includes a degree in Industriekaufmann from Akademie für berufliche Bildung (AFBB) Berlin from 2005 to 2008.
