Helene Ghosh

Helene Ghosh currently serves as the UK HR Director for B.Braun UK within the B. Braun Group since June 2023. Prior to this role, Helene Ghosh held various senior HR positions at BT from 2007 to 2023, including Global HR Director for multiple divisions focused on portfolio, strategy, health, and wellbeing. Helene Ghosh’s career at BT began as a Resource Manager and progressed to Senior HR Manager roles before assuming global leadership responsibilities. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Manager for IT Contract Recruitment at Parity from 1999 to 2007. Helene Ghosh holds a Master’s Degree in SHRM from The University of Salford, obtained in 2015.
