Joel Solomon

Joel Solomon has extensive work experience in supply chain management, operations, and procurement. Joel is currently serving as the Vice President of Supply Chain Management for the Asia Pacific region at B. Braun Group, a role they took on in April 2022. Prior to this, they were the General Manager and Head of APAC Supply Chain Management at B. Braun Group from January 2021 to April 2022. Before joining B. Braun Group, Joel worked at Cargill as the SEA - Business Operations and Supply Chain Director from October 2017 to February 2020. Joel also held the position of Supply Chain Director at Campbell Soup Company from July 2015 to September 2017 and Operations Director at British American Tobacco Malaysia from January 2013 to June 2015. Joel's earlier roles include Regional Supply Planning Manager, Regional Production Planning Manager, Supply Planning Manager, and Factory Manager at British American Tobacco Singapore from 2004 to 2012. Joel also worked at British American Tobacco Malaysia as an Operations Manager and Procurement Manager from 2001 to 2004.

Joel Solomon completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Chemical Engineering at Universiti Malaya from 1995 to 1999.
