Ramesh Pawle

Ramesh Pawle has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ramesh started their career as an Electronics Engineer at ALPLA Group in 1992 and later worked as Manager and Development Engineer at Masafi LLC from 1995 to 1999. Ramesh then joined Concept Foods Pvt. Ltd as a Maintenance Manager from 1999 to 2001.

In 2001, Ramesh joined IFFCO Group as a Plant Manager, where they led production, maintenance, new projects, product development, logistics, administration, and HR in an injection and blow molding plant. Ramesh worked at IFFCO Group until 2003, after which they served as a Factory Manager at Rexam from 2003 to 2005.

From 2005 to 2008, Ramesh was the Head of Production at Silafrica, where they led a team of over 175 employees in a plant manufacturing Injection, Extrusion, Blow molded, and PET products. During their tenure, they implemented various concepts, including 5S, TPM, and SMED, and achieved cost savings through productivity improvements and reduction in rejection, packaging, energy consumption, and workforce.

In 2008, Ramesh joined Sunpet (TPAC PACKAGING) as the General Manager - Works. Ramesh was responsible for operations in three PET preform manufacturing plants and successfully increased efficiency and reduced rejections.

Afterward, Ramesh worked as the Quality Control Manager at Arnon Plastic Industries Co. Ltd. from 2012 to 2014. Following that, they served as a Project Manager and HSEQ Manager at ALJOMAIH BOTTLING PLANTS from 2015 to 2017.

Currently, Ramesh is associated with B. Braun Group, where they hold the position of Vice President - Plant Operations since April 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Plant Head from December 2017 to March 2021.

Ramesh Pawle earned a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a focus on Electronics & Communication from Osmania University. Additionally, they hold a certification in Green Belt - Six Sigma.
