Pete Klaes

Pete Klaes is an experienced leader in the pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing sectors, currently serving as Vice President and General Manager at B. Braun Medical since December 2017. Prior to this role, Klaes held the position of VP Operations at Nitto Avecia Pharma Services, where leadership was provided to ensure compliance and effective production of drug products. Klaes also operated as President of Klaes Consulting, LLC, offering expertise in product development and operations. With a long tenure at B. Braun Medical, Klaes has successfully led various initiatives including site transformation and strategic project implementation, alongside earlier engineering roles at McDonnell Douglas Corporation and Hitachi Magnetics Corporation. Klaes holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
