Ronan Kennedy

Ronan Kennedy is the Director of Capital Formation at B Capital Group. Prior to joining B Capital Group, they were with M12 - Microsoft's Venture Fund as Growth Equity & Private Equity. There, they were responsible for Origination and execution of global growth equity and buyout investments and partnerships across the late stage private capital landscape - driving co-investment, initiating M&A, alignment of strategic roadmaps, commercialization, and more.

Before joining M12 - Microsoft's Venture Fund, Ronan Kennedy was with Goldman Sachs as Vice President for the Western Region technology company and entrepreneur growth partnerships. Ronan also has Series 3, 7, and 66 (63 & 65) Registrations.

Ronan Kennedy started their career with JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an Associate in Corporate strategy and innovation. There, they were responsible for internally deploying innovative technologies and disruptive business models by taking an "outside looking in" approach.

Ronan Kennedy is a Captain in the US Army, having served from April 2004 to November 2011.

Ronan Kennedy received their MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business with a focus in finance and strategy. They also hold a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Engineering from the University of Washington.
