Sandi Sadek

Sandi Sadek is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Partner and Chief People Officer at B Capital Group since March 2021, Sandi also co-founded Flower Addict in May 2017. Prior experience includes a tenure as Managing Director of Human Resources at Credit Suisse, where responsibilities encompassed HR operations in APAC. Sandi held the position of Senior Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, overseeing HR for multiple regions while managing various roles in global markets. Previous roles have included leadership positions at Mercer and SoftBank Group Corp.
