Kimberly Jossey has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Kimberly currently serves as the Senior Manager of Technical Recruiting and Operations at B Garage, a company focused on utilizing artificial intelligence and autonomous technology to address labor shortage issues. Kimberly collaborates with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and create effective recruiting strategies. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Advisor - Head of Talent at Kinkor Consulting, where they provided strategic talent advice and built strong relationships with hiring managers. Kimberly also worked as a Recruiting Manager at Truepill and Postmates Inc., where they developed recruiting strategies, managed recruitment teams, and supported diversity and inclusion initiatives.
