António Caetano

António Caetano has extensive work experience in the automotive and defense industries. António currently serves as the Head of Operational Quality at B Medical Systems. Prior to this role, they worked at Delphi Technologies as a Supplier Advanced Quality professional and later as a Product Line Purchasing Leader. António also held the position of Advanced Quality Manager at Delphi, where they were responsible for customer advocacy and quality assurance. Before joining Delphi, António worked at Delphi Automotive Systems as a Supplier Quality Supervisor and a Supplier Advanced Quality Engineer. António began their career as an Information's Technical Assistant at the Strategic Defense and Military Intelligence Service.

António Caetano obtained a Master's Degree in Materials Engineering from Universidade Nova de Lisboa from 1994 to 2001. Before that, they completed their high school education in IT also at Universidade Nova de Lisboa from 1991 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, António Caetano also obtained additional certifications such as being an ISO/TS 16949:2009 1st/2nd party Auditor from TÜV Rheinland Akademie GmbH in 2012 and a 6-sigma Green Belt from Delphi Automotive Systems in 2008.
