Coral Donaldson is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in youth support and development. Currently serving as a Young Person Worker at Circle since February 2020, Coral focuses on aiding young people affected by substance misuse through counselling and empowerment strategies. Coral also holds a role with Revolutionise Resilience since January 2021 and co-founded Radical Recruit in April 2021. Prior volunteer experience with Edinburgh District Council from January 2014 to February 2021 involved organizing youth work to foster personal growth and community engagement. Previously, as a Project Coordinator with WorkingRite from July 2018 to January 2020, Coral assisted young individuals from challenging backgrounds in obtaining sustainable employment. Educational qualifications include an HNC in Resilience and Change Management from Robert Gordon University and a Higher National Diploma in Counselling from COSCA, among other studies at various institutions.
