Alicja Buchar

Alicja Buchar has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Alicja is currently working at B-Secur as the Project Management Director since March 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Project Management Lead from June 2021 to March 2022.

From 2016 to 2021, Alicja worked at Almac Group as a Global Project Leader. Alicja'sresponsibilities included leading global projects for highly regulated pharmaceutical companies, acting as the primary point of contact for customers, and ensuring timely project delivery through effective coordination of packaging, labeling, distribution, and drug supply management tasks.

Before joining Almac Group, from 2014 to 2016, Alicja worked at Fane Valley Co-op Society as a Process Improvement Supervisor in Business Projects & Procurement Management. Alicja'srole involved leading business process development projects, providing project updates, identifying reporting gaps, and driving innovations across the company. Alicja also served as a Technical and Quality Assurance Assistant from 2009 to 2014, where they were responsible for quality control, product specifications, and conducting internal and external audits.

Alicja's earliest work experience was as a Research Project Grant Fellow at Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences from 2007 to 2008. In this role, they worked on an enzymatic transesterification project, focusing on the incorporation of linoleic acid into phospholipids.

Alicja Buchar attended the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biotechnology. Alicja then continued their education at the same university from 2007 to 2008, receiving a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biotransformation (Biotechnology).
