Janina Künkel

Janina Köhler is a product owner at Know How! AG since March 2023, specializing in the development of a user-centric performance support software, AskDelphi. Prior experience includes serving as Sr Manager of Tutor Community & Operations at Chatterbug, where Janina defined onboarding strategies and enhanced the tutor community by 400%. Other roles include German Language Tutor at the Center for Teacher Education of the University Erlangen-Nürnberg, where Janina contributed to project management, and teaching positions at the Education Authority of Zurich and the University of Applied Sciences Konstanz. Janina holds a Master's degree in Organizational Pedagogy from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and has completed an advanced UX/UI design program.
