Richard Brown

Richard (RB) Brown is an experienced leader in engineering and project management with a strong background in Agile methodologies. Currently serving as the Director of Delivery at b.well Connected Health since July 2021, Richard has previously held significant roles including Senior Technical Program Manager at RapidDeploy, where responsibilities included overseeing US engineering teams and improving cross-continent communication. Prior to that, Richard was an Agile Coach and Scrum Master at NSS Labs, where an Agile transformation was successfully implemented across technical and non-technical teams. With a solid foundation in electrical engineering and project management from both Wichita State University and Friends University, Richard has also contributed to major projects at LogMeIn and AGCO Corporation, showcasing expertise in software development, team leadership, and customer satisfaction.
