Erik Johnson

Erik Johnson, CFA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at B2 Bank, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Erik held multiple positions at Varo Bank from November 2020 to May 2024, including Director of Product Strategy, Finance Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, and Senior Finance Manager. Erik's earlier experience includes serving as Strategy and Development Manager at Instructure in 2019-2020, as well as various roles at U.S. Bank from 2010 to 2018, which involved finance management, corporate development, and internal auditing. Erik holds a Master’s in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Accounting and a minor in Finance, both from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
