Ken Saddler

Ken Saddler is a highly experienced financial executive with a diverse background in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Partner at Blueprint Business Advisory since April 2024, previous experience includes senior positions at B2B CFO Partners, LLC as Senior Partner, Coach, and Executive Committee Member, where strategic business and financial advisory services were provided to clients. Ken has held significant roles including Chairman of the Board at Windings, Inc., Director of Finance at Jostens, and Global Director of Finance and Planning at Eaton. A strong foundation in finance was established with senior positions at Newell Rubbermaid, as well as earlier roles at Texas Instruments. Ken holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from The University of Dallas and a BSBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Arizona.
