Katherine Bentley is an accomplished professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at B2B Marketing since January 2021, after previously holding the role of Customer Success Manager. Prior to this, Katherine worked as an Account Manager at InfoTrack UK from February 2018 to February 2020, focusing on SaaS solution selling to drive new business and increase market share in the legal sector. Katherine also gained international experience while traveling across South East Asia and Australia from November 2016 to November 2017. Additionally, Katherine has experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Bournemouth University and as a Mercedes-Benz Account Manager during a university placement with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Early work includes a summer as an Equestrian Counselor at Camp America in 2014. Katherine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications from Bournemouth University, completed in 2016.
