Manish Chugh has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Manish started their career in 2007 at HCL Technologies, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative, assisting British telecom customers with various issues. In 2010, they joined Dell International Services India Private Limited as a Senior Client Support Technician, providing support for client products and escalating complex issues to the Advanced Support Group.

In 2015, Manish joined Ethos Swiss Watches as a Senior Executive - Internet Sales. In this role, they managed the live chat domain and supervised a team in areas such as brand knowledge, chat handling, customer experience, and lead generation. Manish stayed with Ethos Swiss Watches until 2019.
