Oleg Kleyman has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Oleg started their career as an Assistant Buyer at Federated Department Stores, Sterns Division in 2000 and then worked as an Associate Account Manager in the same company. In 2003, they joined Marc Ecko Enterprises as a Brand Manager and later became the Brand Director for Ecko Unltd. and Ecko Red. Licensed Brands. Oleg then moved to Liz Claiborne Inc as a Brand Manager for International Alliances in 2006 and subsequently joined BCBG Max Azria as the National Sales Manager for Specialty and International Accounts in 2007. In 2008, they started working at Timex Group, where they held various positions including Key Global Markets Manager, Director for EMEA Distributor Markets, Senior Director for Latin America, and Vice President for Latin America. During their time at Timex Group, they were responsible for delivering revenue and profit targets, repositioning the Timex brand, and overseeing luxury and fashion brands. In 2011, Oleg joined Baruch College as an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Management, and in 2015 they became an Assistant Professor at Long Island University. Most recently, they are working as the Chief Operating Officer at B2B Soft since 2016.
Oleg Kleyman obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from Baruch College, where they studied from 1994 to 1999. Oleg further pursued their education at the same institution and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from 2001 to 2004.
