Diego Gutarra serves as the Head of Transaction Monitoring and Deputy MLRO at B2C2 since July 2022. Prior to this role, Diego gained significant experience at Standard Chartered Bank as a Senior Anti Money Laundering Investigator and Acting Team Lead from April 2015 to July 2022. Diego also worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Senior Compliance Officer AVP in Asset Management and Private Banking from December 2013 to April 2015. Earlier in the career, Diego held the position of Investigative Analyst and Asset Forfeiture Specialist at the Internal Revenue Service - Criminal Investigations from January 2012 to December 2013, as well as serving as a Senior Probate Clerk at Hudson County Surrogate’s Court from January 2007 to December 2010. Diego holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Justice Studies and Political Science from Montclair State University.
