Meera Garratt

Meera Garratt has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Meera most recently worked as the Head of Delivery at B2C2 since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as an Agile Consultant at Cedus and an Agile Delivery Manager and Coach at Fnality International from October 2019 to May 2021. Meera also worked as a MIFID II Programme Manager at UBS from August 2017 to October 2019. Meera had a significant tenure at Citi, where they held the position of eFX Programme/Project Manager, overseeing global projects in FX Electronic Trading Technology from January 2016 to July 2017. Earlier in their career, they had roles at UBS, PriceDive Ltd, Lloyds TSB, and John Lewis in various capacities such as Change Manager, Developer, Designer/Developer, Senior Developer, and Programmer.

Meera Garratt began their education journey in 1994 when they enrolled at the University of Nottingham. Meera pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics, which they successfully completed in 1997.

Later, in March 2022, they earned the title of Certified Business Coaching Psychologist from The Association for Business Psychology.
