Ben Knowles

Ben Knowles has held various technology-focused positions throughout their career. Ben is currently the Chief Executive Officer at B2E Automation. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Technology at Spec Engineering, where they managed the IT budget, oversaw software and hardware procurement, and led the customization & implementation of an ERP system. Before that, they were the Managing Member at Subscriber Acquisition Systems LLC, where they provided outsourced sales solutions for AT&T and Charter Communications and implemented an AI-driven CRM. Ben also served as the Chief Technology Officer at Digitalink Communications LLC, where they designed and developed an omni-channel marketing program. Earlier in their career, they were the Co-Founder of Midtro Software, where they developed a multiplayer game framework and designed a scalable client-server network architecture. Ben also held the position of Technology Consultant at Aurora Election Commission, where they architected and launched a solution using geocoding to audit voter records and developed software to manage inventory and distribute administrator smart cards for voting machines.
