Shaunette Fortson

Shaunette Fortson is the current Config Team Manager at B2Gnow. Shaunette has been with the company for over 3 years, starting as a Senior Project Implementation Configuration Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for supporting software implementation project tasks on more complex and high-profile projects as an subject matter expert (SME). Shaunette also worked cross-functionally with the Project Team, Accounts Team and Development of team to ensure successful project completion for customers. Additionally, Shaunette was responsible for managing B2Gnow Knowledge-base content related to System Configuration and led various client projects or micro configuration projects as needed during peak periods.

In their current role as Config Team Manager, Shaunette is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the configuration of B2Gnow software to align with customer requirements and workflow. This includes communicating the status of configuration deliverables to the internal team, analyzing customer data import files according to standard processes and templates, and advising Account Directors, Project Managers and customers regarding best practices for implementing the system. Additionally, Shaunette recommends solutions, via configuration updates and/or purchasing new modules, to improve product utilization for new and existing clients. Shaunette also develops training material for software courses and leads training courses on occasion.

Shaunette Fortson has a B.A. in Information Technology from Central Michigan University. Shaunette is currently working in the technology field.
