Eliza Simone

Eliza Simone is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Employee Wellness Assistant at B2Gold Corp. since June 2022. In this role, Eliza contributes to the development of the Wellness Workplan and compiles monthly reports on wellness activities. Previous positions include an HR Employee Wellness Graduate, where Eliza coordinated wellness competitions and trained Peer Educators, and assistance in organization-wide wellness campaigns and research for a lactation room. Earlier experience includes a Trainee Front of House Junior Server at Joe's Beerhouse and a Data Entry Clerk Intern at Project HOPE. Eliza holds a B.A. Honors in Industrial Psychology and Sociology from the University of Namibia.
