David Duan

David Duan is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and supply chain management. Since April 2013, David has served as the General Manager of B2X Care Solutions China and as the Global Delivery Manager, overseeing the achievement of key performance indicators, customer cost savings, and compliance with contractual specifications. David has successfully managed Motorola's and Microsoft's after-sales networks in China, demonstrating expertise in logistics and customer service facilitation. Previously, David held leadership roles at BESENDER SERVICE, Logitech, Flextronics, and AOPEN, where responsibilities included operational metrics establishment, resource optimization, and master planning. David holds a degree from Guangdong University of Technology.
