Marli Vieira

Marli Vieira is an experienced Change Manager with a strong background in managing IT change processes and facilitating agile methodologies. Currently employed at B3 since May 2020, Marli oversees the effective implementation of changes in the IT environment and collaborates with Site Reliability Engineers during PI Planning and Sprint cycles. Previously, Marli served as Change Manager at UOLDIVEO from August 2011 to February 2020, where responsibilities included training staff in change management, leading Change Advisory Board meetings, and ensuring compliance with internal and external audits. Marli's career also includes roles as an Administrative Project Assistant and as a Secretary in various organizations, complemented by education in Foreign Trade and a Technical Course in Secretarial Studies.
