Wagner Kautz has extensive experience in IT audit and management roles. Starting as a Support Analyst at Asyst Sudamerica in 2004, they progressed to IT Auditor at Banco Safra in 2005. Wagner then moved to BM&FBOVESPA, where they held roles such as IT Auditor, IT Audit Coordinator, and finally IT Audit Manager from 2010 to 2017. Currently, they are serving as IT Audit Associate Director at B3 since July 2021.
Wagner Kautz holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from FCDA, obtained in 2007. In 2010, they completed their post-graduate studies in Information Security at Faculdade IBTA. Wagner later pursued a Professional Master's degree in Controller and Finance at FIPECAFI from 2016 to 2018.
