Fernando Costa

Fernando Costa has extensive experience in the glass industry, having worked at BA GLASS since 1993 in various leadership roles, including Product Development Manager and Mold & Product Design Manager, where Fernando leads the Mold & Product Design team of BAvidro Iberia. Prior to these roles, Fernando served as Production Manager, Machine Shop Maintenance Supervisor, and Quality Assurance, with key responsibilities including the implementation of Statistical Process Control at the Marinha Grande Plant. Earlier experience includes a position as Shift Manager at Cive from 1992 to 1993. Fernando holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade de Coimbra, completed between 1985 and 1992, and attended Escola secundária Infanta D. Maria from 1980 to 1985.
