Prior roles include Hot End Maintenance Supervisor and Projects & Investments Supervisor, highlighting expertise in project engineering and mechanical supervision across countries such as Spain, Portugal, Romania, and Bulgaria. Additionally, Pablo has participated in the Futura Program to train upcoming supervisors in the field. Educational qualifications encompass an upcoming Executive MBA from Esade, a Master's in Project Management from IMF Smart Education, and a Mechanical Engineering Degree from Universidad de Extremadura.
