Paula Marinho

Paula Marinho has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Paula is currently the Sales Director for Central Europe & France at BA GLASS since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Export Sales Director at BA Glass from September 2020 to October 2021. Before joining BA Glass, Paula was the Export Sales Manager at BA Glass from September 2017 to August 2020. Paula also worked as an independent contractor in International Management, Sales, and Marketing from March 2017 to August 2017. Paula held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at MoreTextile Group from March 2015 to January 2017. Paula has a significant history of employment at Unicer Bebidas, SA, where they held various roles including Europe Director, Off Trade Director, Soft Drinks Marketing Director, Senior Project Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, and International Market Manager from 1998 to 2015. Paula started their career as an Export Manager at Coats from October 1993 to July 1998 and worked as a Marketing Executive at Apple from July 1991 to September 1993.

Paula Marinho holds a Master's degree in International Relations from the Universidade do Minho, which they completed between 1987 and 1991. Paula also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, specializing in General Management, from 1992 to 1994. In 2002, Paula attended the Management Centre Europe to study Managing People. Paula continued their education at the London Business School in 2005 and 2006, where they completed a Leadership Alliance program focused on Leadership and Business Development. In 2011 and 2012, Paula pursued an MBA from the Porto Business School, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they also completed a MBA - International Week program at the Texas McCombs School of Business in 2012.
