Debbie Ferolito is the Chief Marketing Officer at BA Insight. Debbie has over fifteen years of experience in product marketing, marketing communications, and demand generation.
Debbie started their career at Pedestal Software, where they were the Director of Marketing Communications and Programs. In this role, Debbie was responsible for go-to-market strategies, market requirements, solutions packaging, demand generation programs, customer retention/nurturing, channel marketing, sales enablement tools, messaging and positioning, thought leadership, social media, press and analyst relations. Debbie played a key role in repositioning the company for an IPO and facilitated growth strategies that led to a $100M acquisition by Genesys.
In 2005, Debbie joined SoundBite Communications as Vice President of Marketing. Debbie oversaw product marketing and marketing communications functions including go-to-market strategies, market requirements, solutions packaging, demand generation programs, customer retention/nurturing, channel marketing, sales enablement tools, messaging and positioning, thought leadership, social media, press and analyst relations. During their time at SoundBite Communications, Debbie packaged and launched over 20 horizontal and industry-specific solutions. Debbie also implemented over 40 annual demand gen and lead nurture programs which generated over 1,000 MQLs and a pipeline of qualified opportunities for sales teams and channel partners.
In 2013, SoundBite Communications was acquired by Genesys for $100M. After the acquisition, Debbie continued to work with Genesys as their Vice President of Corporate Marketing until 2018. In 2018, Debbie joined BA Insight as their Chief Marketing Officer.
Debbie has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Northeastern University.
