Ahmed Harb has a diverse range of work experience in the IT field. Ahmed started their career as an IT Specialist at KANDEEL Industry and Trade, where they provided helpdesk support and resolved technical issues for end users. Ahmed then worked as an IT Specialist, responsible for diagnosing and escalating issues, as well as providing support to the IT Support Team.
Ahmed later joined Baalbaki Chemical Industries (BCI) as an IT Officer, before moving to Baalbaki Egypt for Chemical Industries S.A.E as a Senior IT Officer. In their role as Senior IT Officer, Ahmed was responsible for managing and configuring Windows servers, TMG servers, and Cyberoam UTM. Ahmed also oversaw multiple branches and was involved in creating additional domain servers, recovering failed Active Directory Domain Controllers, and managing PC networks through remote programs. Ahmed demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing Microsoft Datacenter infrastructure.
Throughout their career, Ahmed has shown a strong ability to provide technical support, manage IT systems, and make purchasing decisions based on the company's needs.
Ahmed Harb obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the Faculty of Commerce. Ahmed completed their education at this institution in 2007.
