Megan F. Lostracco-Reed, MHA, BS, is the Chief Strategy & IT Officer at Western New York Integrated Care Collaborative since November 2025, leading strategy, innovation, and technology integration to enhance community care coordination. Previously, from August 2017 to October 2025, Megan served as the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives and Behavioral Health at Catholic Charities of Buffalo, focusing on value-based services, managed care coordination, and mental wellbeing services. Earlier experience includes roles as Health Services Coordinator/Manager and other positions at West Haven Community House, as well as entrepreneurial endeavors with CT HealthFinder. Megan holds a master's degree in Health Services Administration from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Connecticut.
