Aidan Connolly

Aidan Connolly has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Their most recent position is as the Head of Finance at Baanx Group Ltd, a role they have held since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Esme Loans as a Finance Leader from October 2017 to October 2021. Before that, they held the position of Finance Business Partner at NatWest Ventures from October 2014 to September 2021. Aidan also gained experience at Future Williams & Glyn Team - RBS, where they held multiple roles including Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, Commercial Finance Manager, and Decision Support Manager - Costs from November 2013 to September 2017. Aidan started their career as a Trainee Accountant at Wylie & Bisset LLP from March 2013 to August 2013. Aidan also worked as a Trainee Business Advisor at PKF (UK) LLP from August 2011 to January 2013, where they provided accounting, audit, taxation, and management consultancy services. Aidan Connolly completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Dundee during the years 2005 to 2009. Following this, Aidan pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Edinburgh from 2010 to 2011.
