Neil Glover

Neil Glover currently serves as the Head of Growth for Automotive & Asset Finance at CGI, a role that commenced in September 2025, where responsibilities include overseeing market-related initiatives, advisory services, operational efficiency, software development, and managed services. Prior to CGI, Neil held positions as Senior Director of Business Development at Coforge, Senior Director - Customer Solutions at Quantanite, and Account Leader for Automotive, Leisure, and Gambling sectors at Pegasystems. Neil's extensive experience includes business development roles at Target Group, EY, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Proskauer Rose LLP, Withers LLP, and Rix & Kay Solicitors LLP. Neil holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management & Marketing Management from the University of Gloucestershire and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
