Moulaye Camara is an accomplished leader and strategist with extensive experience in financial management and operational excellence across various sectors. As the Founder and Managing Director of BAARA Consulting, initiated impactful healthcare and community development projects while enhancing operational efficiency in consulting engagements throughout West and Southern Africa. Camara has served as a Non-Executive Board Member at the Global Board Consortium, providing strategic governance insights, and as a member of the International Advisory Board for the ESDEV Foundation Africa, collaborating on a multi-year strategic plan. Previous roles include Technical Director at Humentum, where the development of global financial management products significantly benefited over 500 civil society organizations. With a career foundation at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, Camara has consistently delivered key emergency response operations, demonstrating expertise in financial controls and project management.
