Palaniappan Nachiappan is an experienced professional with over 20 years in the construction industry, specializing in high-rise residential and commercial buildings, IT offices, hotels, villas, and restaurants. Currently serving as General Manager Projects at Baashyaam Constructions since May 2022, Palaniappan previously held the position of General Manager-Projects at Express Infrastructure Private Ltd from September 2010 to July 2021. Earlier roles include Assistant General Manager-Projects and Manager-Projects at Prestige Group in Bangalore from September 2007 to September 2010, and Project Engineer prior to that. Palaniappan holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Project Management from Alagappa University and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology.
