Dorothea Herm

Dorothea Herm is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in organizational development and people management. Currently serving as VP People & Organisation at Babbel since October 2019, Herm has previously held key leadership roles at INFARM as Head of People and at Awin Global, where progression included titles from Senior HR Business Partner to Group HR Business Partner Team Leader. Additional experience includes HR management positions at Weber Shandwick Deutschland and DDB Tribal Group, along with earlier roles at Tribal DDB GmbH and Kienbaum Management Consultants GmbH. Herm began a career in HR with internships and research experience in psychology, culminating in a Diplom in Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie from RWTH Aachen University and a Vordiplom in Psychologie from Kiel University.
