Erika Rowe

Erika Rowe is a skilled project manager and engineer with a strong background in the engineering sector, currently serving as a Project Manager for Decommissioning at Babcock International Group since April 2025. Prior to this role, Erika worked as a Technical Advisor at Great British Nuclear from September 2024 to March 2025 and held multiple positions at Babcock International Group, including Package Manager for Laid Up Submarines and Graduate Process Engineer from June 2020 to September 2024, as well as completing a summer placement in June 2019. Erika holds a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical with Environmental Engineering from the University of Nottingham, earned between 2016 and 2020.
