Ian Myers is a highly skilled professional with significant experience in the nuclear facilities sector, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Babcock International Group. Since joining the company in August 2015, Ian has played pivotal roles, including a 16-month secondment as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) focused on improving operational efficiency. Responsibilities have included overseeing the delivery of major nuclear infrastructure projects and ensuring the safe execution of complex work packages, notably within the Steam Generation and Delivery System project. In addition to engineering efforts, Ian contributes to the Institution of Mechanical Engineers as an Industrial Liaison Officer and holds various leadership positions within the IMechE Devon and Cornwall Area Committee. Ian holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Motorsports Engineering from the University of Central Lancashire and possesses a strong foundation in engineering education.
