Jon Hall

Jon Hall is an accomplished executive in the engineering and technology sectors, currently serving as the Chief Innovation & Technology Officer at Babcock International Group since 2020. Prior to this role, Jon held the position of Managing Director at Babcock - Technology from 2008 to 2020, overseeing a leading provider of engineering services for defense and commercial markets. Earlier in Jon's career, leadership positions included Director/Managing Director at Weir Strachan & Henshaw and Project Manager & Head of Process/Mechanical Engineering at Balfour Beatty Plc. Jon's educational background includes a BSc (Hons) in Engineering from the University of Bristol and a Ph.D. focusing on powertrain and digital modelling from the University of Bath, supplemented by coursework at Harvard Business School.
