Paul Milligan Cert RP has extensive experience in business development and management, currently serving as Capture and Business Development Manager at Babcock International Group since April 2022. Prior to this role, Paul held several senior positions, including Senior Business Development Manager at Cobham Mission Systems and Business Development Executive at Raytheon, where Paul also managed product and customer relationships and oversaw quality assurance. Additionally, Paul founded and owned PM Racing, a motocross race team, successfully securing corporate sponsorship since 2004. Paul possesses 23 years of experience in aviation and weapons engineering, having held various leadership and managerial roles within the Royal Air Force and other organizations, including quality and recruitment management. Paul has a foundational education from Cove School from 1984 to 1989.
